Our hotel was perfect, right next to Times Square! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The in-room breakfast was a bit pricey, but worth it. Would DEFINITELY stay again. The rooms are even better in person!

The room was stunning with a fantastic view, and the staff, particularly Fred, were great. However, there were some issues with cleanliness and service delays. The location was perfect, though, making it a solid choice for a stay in the city.

Really had fine stay in the hotel that you 're supposed to pay in the of your stay. The venue is fairly clean, with best possible location not far from the center of time square, Times Square and Manhattan.

It is conveniently located right across the street from the Richard Rogers theater, where we had tickets to see Hamilton. Being in the center of Times Square, we were surrounded by the vibrant energy of the city. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, there was a large gift shop in the hotel for some souvenir shopping.

The lobby bar service could be slow at times, especially during the day when the bartenders seemed overwhelmed.

At my first stay, the staff helped with heavy baggage. This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need: luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, fitness studio, flat-screen TV, and more. Coming back for Easter.

When searching for luxury hotels, this venue definitely delivers exclusive amenities. the Jacuzzi and beauty treatment options were top-notch, and the TV room was perfect for leisurely activities. the in-room breakfast even surpassed expectations! the location advantages couldn't be beat either, with everything just steps away from there.

If anything, the bar/lounge area seemed lacking and didn't quite match the overall opulence of the hotel. But that was a minor issue that didn't detract too much from the experience.

the hotel, Marriott, had lots of things to do within walking distance. It was a good size and very clean. the staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were spotless. Despite having neighbors, it was a quiet hotel, and we enjoyed a peaceful stay.

The location on Broadway and near Times Square was perfect. The hotel had a little market and Starbucks in the lobby. The spacious room and helpful staff were great. The restaurant had amazing food and the breakfast buffet was decent.

Enjoyed an intimate dining experience at the Revel & Rye Bar & Restaurant, away from the chaos of Broadway. The M Club lounge felt like a chic New York living room, complete with enhanced amenities. The Perch Terraces at Broadway Lounge provided stunning views of NYC for dining and events.

Who needs a vent fan in the bathroom anyway? Just enjoy the lovely aromas lingering after each use.

The room had an amazing ocean view, and the bed was so comfortable - we slept like babies! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The location couldn't have been better either, with the beach just across the street and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the low-key and relaxing vibes of this city, and being able to feel the ocean breeze right from our room was truly magical.

I wish the children of the staff could be more attentive to the needs of senior guests, particularly in assisting with heavy luggage and providing more personalized service.
